These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and felbet ("felbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at felbet.co. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with felbet, including account registration, use of gaming services, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and any other interactions with the felbet platform. 1.1 These Terms take effect from the moment you click "I Agree," complete the registration process, or otherwise access or use the felbet platform, whichever occurs first. By taking any of those actions, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2; and (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
1.2 These Terms apply to all services offered by felbet, including but not limited to: live casino games, slots, sports betting, online bingo, e-sabong, video poker, and any other gaming or wagering services made available on the felbet platform from time to time.
1.3 felbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. The most current version of these Terms is always available at felbet.co/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.
Section 2
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a felbet account and use any of its gaming services. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. felbet strictly enforces this requirement through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
felbet services are intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located in and a resident of the Philippines and that your use of felbet does not violate the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) felbet account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, felbet reserves the right to close all but the first verified account, void any associated bonuses, and, where there is evidence of intentional fraud, close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your felbet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number currently registered to you and linked to your GCash or PayMaya account where applicable. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
felbet may request additional identity verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an enhanced due diligence review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the period specified by felbet may result in temporary account restriction or closure.
Section 3
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your felbet account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. felbet will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your felbet account, whether or not you authorized it, except where unauthorized access results directly from felbet's own security failures. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact felbet support immediately through the live chat feature available at felbet.co.
3.3 felbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While not mandatory, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your account security settings.
3.4 felbet employs AES-256 encryption for all data transmissions between your device and the felbet platform. However, the security of your personal device and internet connection is your responsibility. felbet recommends accessing the platform only from trusted, private networks.

felbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at felbet's discretion.
felbet complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. felbet is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where thresholds or indicators are triggered. By using felbet, you consent to this monitoring.
Section 5
5.1 felbet may offer various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty benefits to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all felbet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 felbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where technical errors, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements necessitate such action.
5.4 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated in the offer terms. One bonus offer per player, household, or IP address applies unless stated otherwise.
5.5 Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotion terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
Section 6
6.1 Each game available on the felbet platform is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. These rules supplement these Terms and are binding on all players.
6.2 All non-live casino games on felbet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games reflect independently verified mathematical calculations.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or interrupted connection during a gaming session, felbet's recorded server-side data shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that session. felbet shall not be liable for losses arising from interrupted internet connections on the player's side.
6.4 felbet reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that was placed or accepted due to a manifest technical error, pricing error, or system fault, and to restore affected account balances to the state prior to the erroneous transaction.
Section 7
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the felbet platform:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, felbet may take immediate action including account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, withholding of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Section 8
8.1 felbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. felbet provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request self-exclusion from the felbet platform for a defined period of not less than one (1) month, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests made through felbet support are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications from felbet.

Section 9
9.1 All content on the felbet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of felbet or its licensed game providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of felbet or the relevant rights holder.
9.2 felbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the felbet platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Section 10
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, felbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the felbet platform, including losses arising from gambling activities, interruptions to service, unauthorized account access resulting from a failure to maintain password security, or reliance on information provided on the platform.
10.2 felbet's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes felbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
Section 11
11.1 felbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and is administered under the oversight of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
11.2 By registering and using the felbet platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting felbet through the support channels listed in Section 15.
Section 12
12.1 felbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (d) the account holder has been found to be ineligible to hold a felbet account.
12.2 You may close your felbet account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified cash balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable identity verification and AML procedures.
12.3 If your account is closed by felbet due to a breach of these Terms, felbet may forfeit any bonus-derived funds and, where fraud is established, may withhold the balance pending investigation and referral to authorities.
Section 13
13.1 felbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published at felbet.co/terms-conditions and will take effect on the date specified in the updated version or, if no effective date is stated, immediately upon publication.
13.2 Where amendments are material, felbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications, account email communication, or a prominent notice on the felbet website.
13.3 Your continued use of the felbet platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using felbet and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
Section 14
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the felbet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 felbet operates within the PAGCOR online gaming regulatory framework. Player complaints relating to game outcomes, transaction disputes, and regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint mechanisms where they are not resolved through felbet's own dispute resolution process.
14.3 Before escalating any dispute to external authorities, players are required to first contact felbet support and allow a reasonable period — not less than ten (10) business days — for felbet to investigate and respond to the complaint.
14.4 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
