12.1 The felbet platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. felbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. The mandatory KYC age verification process is specifically designed to prevent underage registration.
12.2 If felbet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a failed KYC process, misrepresentation, or any other means — the relevant account will be immediately closed and all associated personal data will be deleted, except to the extent that retention is required by Philippine law for reporting purposes.
12.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered a felbet account, please contact felbet support immediately using the details in Section 14. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours of notification.
